A leading Digital/Mobile/CRM Marketing agency is looking for the expertise, leadership ability, and energy of an Account Manager to help them build their business as well as maintain their already excellent client service record.

This position is an account management position in the company – reporting to the Account Director, and based at the satellite office.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various web/CRM based projects, accountable for client liaison, maintaining relationships with client on a client service level, campaign development and management, content authoring, leading and collaborating with other content authors and designers.

Skills Required
- Implementation & Management of online campaigns
- Compile pre/post analysis of campaigns
- Database Management & Segmentation
- Copywriting
- Conceptualise/implementing strategies
- Testing & Quality Assurance
- Must have a very strong understanding of the online environment.
- Experience in CRM, Web, data management, BTL & direct marketing.
- Very strong strategic thinker.
- The ability to deliver on the client's business plans and implement accordingly with the team.
- Manage the retention of existing clients by delivering consistently high standards.
- Manage the health of the client's business within the agency.
- Deliver bottom line client profitability and grow the clients' business within the agency.
- Great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Effective team management skills.
- Proficient in basic html, Excel, Word, Power Point, Email & Web.
- Experience in content authoring and CMS will be an advantage
- Experience with SEO, reporting will be an advantage
- Experience with financial services will be an advantage
