The CRM Account Manager will be required to develop and implement strategic CRM
Programmes for a variety of accounts. Would also need to conceptualise briefs,
implement measurement and evaluation plans, implement data segmentation, etc.
Skills Required
At least 4 years of Account Management/Agency experience with a strong CRM focus
Understanding of Multi-channeled CRM experiences
Completed Tertiary degree/diploma
Good understanding of the South African and Global marketing and media industry
The candidate must operationally strong and have an eye for detail
Additional
Experience on a telecommunications account advantageous
