| Our client is looking for a professional to manage relationship with their clients, and to assist with the facilitation with effective running of the division. Focus will be on external and internal clients, as well provide back to 2 managers, and Exco where needed: KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES • Building and maintaining of the client relationship • Expert consulting advice that is relevant to the role. • Report writing and feedback to the client • Management of internal processes • Support the Marketing function – collate supporting documentation for Tenders/proposals, produce final document and arrange delivery etc. • Compile reports for Clients and LifeAssist regarding EWP Utilisation/activities • Design Power Point presentations • Capture Data from feedback forms etc. • Conduct Satisfaction survey calls • General correspondence • In the absence of a LRM, screen email and telephone calls and respond accordingly • Minutes of Meetings – Internal and Wellness Committee meetings • Manage the production and delivery of EWP Promotion Materials • Manage service provider and business partner relationships and database – e.g. wellness day participants, sub-contractors, courier services etc. • Organise, attend and represent LifeAssist at Wellness Days • Ensure that guests are welcomed hospitably and provided with refreshments etc. • Manage travel itinerary and make travel arrangements: flight, car hire, accommodation etc. • Manage the delivery/collection of goods e.g. arranging the Driver, courier etc. • Stock control of department equipment (i.e. IT, screens, banners, etc) • Oversee housekeeping to ensure a professional and efficient office environment • Filing/document management: o Maintain the network folders relative to LRMs o Establish and maintain the hard copy filing system |

| Skills Required | |||
| Work experience within the EAP / EWP and / or healthcare consulting industry Public speaking/training African language Minimum 3 years corporate experience in EAP, Human Resources, Counselling, Behavioural Risk Management. |
