An international market research company is looking to place a highly experience National Field Manager.

Key Performance Areas:

Capacity planning
Work allocation
Planning budgets, trip and route planning, interviewers, equipment and fieldwork
Adequate resourcing of staff
Setting and executing team strategy
Goal setting and individual development plans for team members
Succession planning for interviewers and shoppers
Quality and training
Reviewing and enhancing field processes continuously
Keeping abreast with the latest industry developments and technology
Signing off payroll
Reviewing quality reports and ensuring quality standards are adhered to
Skills Required
Education:-
Matric is essential
A post graduate diploma or degree would be an advantage

Experience:-
Minimum 4 years experience managing a Field Team in the Market Research industry is essential
Experience managing a Mystery Shopping Team would be an advantage
Previous experience setting strategies
