|Our client is looking for a New Business Development sales position.
The main focus is on new business but also include some servicing of existing clients.
Experience, understanding, thorough knowledge of the BTL and related industry is VIP.
- 3 Month probation period
- Minimum Grade 12
- Drivers license – must have own transport
- Sales Qualification
- Minimum 3 years sales experience in Promotional Material, Printing and Corporate Gifting industry
- Must be willing to do cold calling (telephonic and visits); minimum of 20 telephonic cold calls per day and minimum of 10 appointments per week
- Monthly sales target after 3 months probation is a minimum of R250 000 (to be reviewed after 6 months)
- Energetic and take initiative
- Good self discipline, ethics and time management important
- Good people and selling skills
- Positive outlook and good attitude essential
- Self starter
- Effective Diary Management
- Grow database of customers
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new client base
- Attend weekly/daily sales meeting
- Ensure brand awareness, create good Customer relationships, and provide the company with market information and opportunities in the Gauteng Region.
- Build good, long lasting relationships with all customers, manage key accounts, with the aim of growing the business, and being a key support in the link between the company and the customer
- Regular follow up on order status/production and delivery status

- Professional in self presentation, with same approach to employer and clients
- Own reliable motor car
- Valid driver's license
- PC competent - particular MS Office
- Good communicator, writing and verbal
