Broker Consultant / Member Attraction Business Partner:-

Meet sales target
· Establish and contract brokers of desired broker portfolio
· Ensure that brokers are informed and trained pertaining to processes and products
· Track and Record new business from brokers
· Stay abreast of events, news and changes in the market and be able to draw accurate inferences and utilize information to the benefit of the company and brokers
· Indentify and communicate sales and market trends to management
· Represent, ensure visibility and promotion of company/brand in market
· Create Brand awareness
· Ensure efficient and timeous communication to brokers regarding matters that effect them or their member base
· Extremely good product knowledge
· Convey a positive, professional, ethical image
