Contractually employed for 12 months with option to renew for a further 12 months.

Job Responsibilities:
Control processes and functions that relate to production
Manage budgets and revenue on all jobs
Improve production’s budget performance through improving net profit and controlling costs
Interact with the creative process to help drive and meet deadlines
Produce detailed timing schedules and critical paths
Quoting from brief for all creative, finished art work and production
Sourcing of new suppliers and negotiation of discounts
Tracking and reconciliation of costs and quality for all outgoing jobs
Keeping up with technology and suggesting alternative solutions
Conference and event co-ordination. Manage all production areas: corporate gifts, litho/silkscreen print, vehicle livery, image rights, signage and packaging production
Organisation of photographic shoots, props and models
Maintain extensive current and new product knowledge
