A dynamic Team Leader is required for a rapidly growing and therefore dynamic med aid company. You will need to manage all functions of staff management.

Reach monthly branch sales target
· Ensuring desired business profile and sustained
membership
· Assisting Product Specialists in reaching their
individual sales targets
· Efficient, effective management and development of
sales team
· Ensuring and facilitating growth of member base
· Assist Product Specialists with presentations were
necessary
· Completion of monthly sales report
Skills Required
Ability to effectively and efficiently manage all
functions of staff management including motivation,
performance, couching & mentoring, discipline,
development, leave.
· Self-motivated and ability to motivate others

· Knowledge of BCEA and LRA
· Knowledge and ability to manage LMS system (not
for external candidates)
· Knowledge of prospecting and various prospecting
techniques
