My client is looking for a candidate with the following requirements to manage a massive team of employees:
Skills Required
* Minimum 1 years' sales experience (hard selling)
* Extensive prospecting experience
* Minimum 4 years' previous experience as a Sales Manager / Team Leader, full function manager (preferably in the insurance / medical aid industry)
* Minimum 5 years' experience in the medical aid /insurance industry
* Knowledge of BCEA and LRA
* Own reliable transport
* Valid drivers license
Additional
Fixed remuneration of R15 000 (CTC) with high incentive possibilities based on teams performance
